Amazing E Technology Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Ball Sort - Color Master (Package Name: com.ballsortpuzzle.googlegame) mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from users who access or use our App.

 

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly from users of the App. However, the App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you for analytics, attribution, and ad personalization purposes.

Permissions

This App may request certain permissions from your device to enhance the gameplay experience. These permissions are essential for our app's core functionality:

  • Vibration Access: This permission enables in-game haptic feedback to improve the gaming experience.

  • Internet Access: This permission allows the app to connect to the internet, enabling it to send crash logs and analytics events, perform remote config fetch, and load ads. Without this permission, some app features may not function properly.

  • Network State Access: This permission allows the app to check your internet connection status (whether you are connected to Wi-Fi or using mobile data). It ensures that online features are only loaded when an active connection is available, optimizing data usage and preventing unnecessary attempts to connect when offline.

  • Wake Lock Access: This permission prevents the screen from dimming or the device from sleeping while you are actively using the app.

  • Advertising ID Access: This permission allows the app to access your device's advertising ID, which is a unique identifier used for advertising purposes. This is used for personalized advertising (Admob) and analytics (Firebase).  We do not link this ID to any personally identifiable information. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting the ad settings on their device. For example, on Android devices, you can go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

  • Install Referer Access (via Google Play): The app uses the Install Referrer API to understand how users arrived at the app's Play Store page and whether the install came from a campaign. This data is processed by Firebase for attribution purposes only. No personally identifiable information is collected through this mechanism.

 

We only request the necessary permissions for the app's functionality. Importantly, we do not share any personal data with third parties, and we do not collect any personal data directly without your consent. The data collected by third-party services is governed by their privacy policies, as mentioned above.

 

Our app does not request location permissions and does not access your device's GPS. However, third-party services integrated into the app, such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, may use your IP address to determine your approximate location (e.g., country or region) for analytics and app performance insights. This process does not involve precise location tracking and does not access your location from the device itself.

 

For users on Android 13 and above, the App may use Android's Privacy Sandbox APIs (such as Topics and Attribution Reporting) to deliver relevant ads while preserving user privacy. No personally identifiable information is accessed through these mechanisms.

 

Log Data

In the case of an error or crash in the App, we may collect data and information on your device (through third-party services) called "Log Data." This Log Data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of your use.

 

Cookies

The App itself does not use cookies. However, third-party services integrated into the App, such as Firebase and AdMob, may use cookies or similar technologies (such as device identifiers or tracking pixels) to collect data and serve more relevant ads, measure ad performance, and limit ad frequency.  You can control the use of cookies through your device settings or by managing your preferences within the third-party service.

 

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only for as long as it is necessary to provide services or as required by legal or regulatory obligations. If the data we collect is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete, aggregate, or anonymize it.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will ensure that your data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless certain data is required to comply with legal obligations.

 

Please note that data collected by third-party services (such as Firebase or Google Play) is governed by their privacy policies, and users should contact these services directly regarding deletion requests.

 

Security

We are committed to safeguarding your information. Although no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect any information collected by the third-party services integrated into the App.

 

Children's Privacy

Our App does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove that information.

 

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. It is recommended that you review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this policy are effective when they are posted.
